Shipping locations

RoamyPaws currently ships to delivery addresses within Australia only.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs A$7.95 per order.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of A$75 or more after discounts have been applied. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order processing

Orders must be processed before they are dispatched. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume and the fulfilment provider.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, peak shopping periods, weather, courier disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Multiple packages

Products may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive in more than one package. You will not be charged additional shipping fees if this occurs.

Delivery details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@roamypaws.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@roamypaws.com.

Please include your order number and, for damaged deliveries, clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will investigate the matter with the supplier and delivery provider and provide an appropriate solution.

Customers should contact RoamyPaws directly. You are not required to contact our overseas suppliers.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
